Terms of service

Draft last edited November 4, 2026

These are draft terms of service for TICON AI, a prepaid gateway for AI models. They explain how accounts, API keys, the wallet and acceptable use are meant to work. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch. The English text is authoritative; the Bangla and Korean pages only point to it.

These terms describe how TICON AI (the service) may be used. The service is operated by TICON SYSTEM LTD (Bangladesh) and TICON SYSTEM Co., LTD (South Korea), registered at [[PLACEHOLDER: registered address]], company or registration number [[PLACEHOLDER: registration number]], tax identification [[PLACEHOLDER: tax or VAT/BIN number]] (the operator).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms for yourself and, if you act for an organization, for that organization. [[PLACEHOLDER: counsel to confirm acceptance mechanism, minimum age and authority of the person signing up]]

2. The service

TICON AI provides a prepaid wallet in Bangladeshi taka and an API gateway that is compatible with common OpenAI-style and Anthropic-style request formats. Requests are forwarded to model providers selected by the operator. The list of models, their limits and their prices are shown in the product and may change. [[PLACEHOLDER: counsel to review the description of the service and the role of upstream providers]]

3. Accounts, organizations and keys

  • You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secret.
  • An organization has owners and members with different permissions. Owners decide who can create keys and spend the wallet.
  • You are responsible for requests made with your keys until you revoke them. A revoked key stops working within seconds.
  • [[PLACEHOLDER: counsel to define responsibility for compromised keys and unauthorized use]]

4. Wallet, top-ups and charges

  • The service is prepaid. You add money to the wallet and requests are paid from it as they are used. Amounts are kept in whole micro-taka.
  • Before a request runs, an amount up to its maximum possible cost is reserved (a hold) and the unused part is released when the request finishes. A request that the provider fails to serve is not charged.
  • Top-ups are processed by a third-party payment gateway. The operator does not receive card numbers or mobile-wallet credentials. [[PLACEHOLDER: confirm with the payment provider contract]]
  • Prices, taxes, fees and any minimum or maximum top-up are shown at the time of purchase. [[PLACEHOLDER: tax treatment, invoicing and currency rules, to be set by the owner and an accountant]]
  • Refunds are described in the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload the service or others, to resell access in violation of provider terms, or to generate content that a model provider forbids. [[PLACEHOLDER: full acceptable-use policy, to be written with counsel and checked against each upstream provider's terms]]

6. Your content and data

Prompts and responses pass through the gateway to the selected provider. The gateway is designed not to store their text; it records metadata such as the model, token counts, cost, status and latency. You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to send it. [[PLACEHOLDER: ownership, licence and provider data-handling terms, to be confirmed by counsel]]

7. Availability and changes

The operator aims to keep the service available but does not promise uninterrupted operation. Models, prices and features can change or be withdrawn. [[PLACEHOLDER: notice period for material changes and any service-level commitment, if any]]

8. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time. What happens to a remaining balance is described in the refund policy. [[PLACEHOLDER: grounds, notice and process]]

9. Warranties and liability

[[PLACEHOLDER: disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, to be drafted by counsel for the applicable jurisdictions]]

10. Governing law and disputes

[[PLACEHOLDER: governing law, courts or arbitration, language of the agreement]]

11. Changes to these terms

[[PLACEHOLDER: how and when changes to these terms are announced and when they take effect]]

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ticonai.com or through the contact page.
